Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the handling of personal information on the VPNLearn marketing website and user panel. It explains what information is used to provide subscription services, why it is used, and what requests users may make. The privacy policies of third-party payment pages and external platforms apply to their own processing activities.
Account Information and Its Use
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Account identifiers are used to link subscriptions, verify logins, and handle account requests. Passwords should be stored as non-reversible verification data, not as plain text accessible to customer support.
An email address is not required for registration. If users voluntarily provide an email address or other information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request. Do not submit payment credentials, complete subscription links, or personal information unrelated to the issue. Redact account credentials from troubleshooting screenshots before submitting them.
Subscription status, summarized data usage, and order records are used to deliver the service, calculate remaining data, verify payments, and process refunds. Summarized data usage does not include the names of websites visited or webpage content.
No-Logs Policy
VPNLearn does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content or DNS query histories generated through the service, or create destination records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
Connection logs are not retained persistently: no session history linking an account, source IP address, connection time, and destination is created. Temporary operational state needed to forward a connection is used only for that communication and is not saved as a history after the connection ends. Account login security processing and website analytics are not the same as browsing logs for international routes.
Troubleshooting relies first on service status, summarized usage, and information users choose to provide. The no-logs policy does not mean that account, order, and necessary security information is never processed; its use is governed by the relevant sections of this policy.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature clicks, and check whether tutorials and pages are working. The information processed may include page paths, visit times, referring pages, and browser and device categories. It is not used to combine or reconstruct activity on other websites accessed through a subscription.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials are stored by the browser and grant access to the account; they should not be shared. After using a shared device, log out and clear the relevant site data.
Users can restrict cookies or clear local storage in their browser settings. This may require logging in again or selecting preferences; clearing browser data does not automatically delete account or order information stored on the server.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider. VPNLearn uses the order identifier, amount, and payment status to verify transactions, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Third-party providers may process payment information under their own rules, and on-chain transactions have corresponding public attributes. Read the terms of the payment method you use before paying. Data transfers necessary to provide the service should be limited to what is required. When disclosure is legally required, the basis and scope of the request should be reviewed, and order verification data should not be expanded into browsing activity records.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Order and refund information is retained as needed to fulfill transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable laws. Website analytics and security information are processed only for as long as their purposes require. Once those purposes are fulfilled and continued retention is unnecessary, the information should be deleted or de-identified; indefinite retention is not the default.
To access, correct, or delete account-related information, log in to the panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription access and future order lookups. If information must be retained due to legal obligations or unresolved matters, the reason and scope should be explained. Backup copies are handled through the backup cleanup process; immediate removal of every copy is not guaranteed.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy changes, the updated content and last-updated month will be shown on this page. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be explained through a website or panel announcement. Where consent is required, simply updating this page does not replace obtaining consent.
Submit privacy questions through a panel support ticket. The Terms of Service explain the rules for using the service, and the Refund Policy covers refunds. Keep the ticket record for your request so you can follow up on its outcome.
