Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility, how to submit a request, and how payments are processed for VPNLearn subscriptions. Please submit requests through the user panel after signing in so the support ticket can be matched to the relevant order. Refund discussions and outcomes are recorded in the ticket.
Refund Period and Eligibility
The refund period begins when the account’s first payment is successfully completed. The payment time shown in the order record is used for verification. Submit a refund ticket within this period; time spent on subsequent verification or payment provider processing does not change when a timely request was submitted.
You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied or complete troubleshooting first. Include the order you want refunded in your request. This policy does not mean that every renewal, upgrade, or additional data purchase starts a new refund period. If multiple payments are involved, each order and payment status must be checked separately.
Order Verification and Exceptions
Using a connection, importing a subscription, or using data included in a plan is not, by itself, grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund requested within the refund period. This policy does not impose an unpublished data-usage threshold or convert a full refund into account credit based on ordinary usage.
Ordinary requests made after the refund period are not covered by this commitment. Unpaid amounts, unsuccessful payments, and amounts already refunded cannot be refunded again. If the actual charge does not match the order status, the transaction record should be checked before the relevant payment is handled.
Unusual usage beyond the purchased allowance, repeated requests, or accounts potentially in breach of the Terms of Service require a review of the relevant records. An unusual-activity flag does not automatically cancel refund eligibility. If there is a dispute, explain the specific facts and basis for the decision in the support ticket rather than relying on a general account status.
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the user panel, find the relevant payment in your order history, and confirm the order number, payment method, and payment status.
- Go to the support ticket portal, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order number, payment time, and amount paid. You may attach proof of payment to help with verification.
- Provide any additional information in the original ticket and check it for updates. For the same order, continue using the original ticket where possible to keep the records together.
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Refund requests are also handled through the panel. Do not submit your account password, full subscription link, or payment key. Please obscure personal information in screenshots that is not needed to verify the order.
Refund Route and Processing Updates
Once verified, refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. If the original provider cannot process the refund, the reason should first be explained in the ticket, and an available option should be confirmed with the requester. Refunds will not be changed to account credit or other substitute benefits without agreement.
Request acceptance, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider and the status of the receiving account; this policy does not promise a standard settlement time. Updates on an initiated refund and available transaction details should be provided in the support ticket.
If a refund is shown as initiated but has not arrived, reply in the original ticket and check the records for the original payment account. Any changes to subscription or data benefits related to the refund should also be explained during processing, so that resulting connection changes are not mistaken for a client issue.
Payment Methods and Related Policies
Payments made through Alipay or WeChat are preferably refunded through the original transaction. The account where funds arrive depends on the payment provider’s records. If the original transaction cannot be refunded, the order and recipient details must first be verified before confirming the next steps.
USDT involves an on-chain transfer and cannot be handled through the same reversal process as Alipay or WeChat. The original transaction must be verified in a support ticket, and the receiving network, address, and refund amount calculation must be confirmed before processing. Any differences involving exchange rates, network fees, or other execution details must be explained and confirmed first. This page does not set unpublished fee rules.
This policy works alongside the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to explain the service rules. If you have questions about refund eligibility or order records, contact us through a support ticket. You do not need to read a tutorial or accept troubleshooting suggestions before requesting a refund without giving a reason.
